This can be a simple exercise during a busy life.
Leg lifts by your sink:
- Separate feet to match align with the hips.
- Relax shoulders
- Put weight on one leg.
- Move the foot back and tap the toe near the floor for about 15 seconds
- Now move to the other foot.
- This will exercise the thighs
- Afterwards you can gently shake your arms, hands, legs and feet to loosen them
Horse riding exercise
- This is when you squat slightly
- This will strengths the hips.
- Make your back straight.
- Center of the kneecap in alignment with the second toe.
- Squat lower by a few inches and freeze position.
- After you are done, you can shake our legs and arms to loosen them.
