Story prompts: These are questions that you can ask yourself that can prompt a personal story.
– Do you honor the rules of the family?
– Who does not honor the rules of your family?
– Do you ignore the disrespect? Put up with it?
– Have you ever been surprised by gossip told about you?
– How you ever gossiped about someone else?
– Do you treat other people’s property with care?
– Have you ever mistreated someone’s stuff, what happened?
– Did you borrow something and not give back did someone borrowed something? Was something borrowed from you and not returned?
– When was someone kind to you and didn’t have to be?
– Were you ever unkind to someone and later regretted it?
– First car accident?
– When was a time you obeyed someone you didn’t want to but it turned out good?
– When was a time you disobeyed someone and wish you had followed their counsel?
– Have you ever had someone believe in you in ways that you did not even believe in yourself?
– When have you been intolerant of someone else’s different way of doing something”?
– Has someone treated you with intolerance?
– Who has judged you unfairly?
– Who have you misjudged?
– After you make your selection choose a story w for your story ap.
Story: Have these elements in your story
– Place
– Characters
– Problem
– Central emotions
– Desire
– Moral

Identify stories: I am stories (what are contributing factors that make you, you?
– My friends
– My creations
– My values
– My appearances
– List 5 virtues/values that you are willing to take a stand for?
– Who do you admire?
– What quality about them do you most admire?
– How does that quality show up in you? *if you notice it in them that trait is in you in some way.
– What archetype best describes as an aspect of yourself i.e.: Knight, damsel, wild woman, or teacher
– Have you ever experienced a life crisis?
– How did you handle it?
– What would you do differently?
– What was a childhood ambition?
– What did you want to do before you grew up?
– Did you do it< why or why not? - Who is someone who bugs you? You may have something opposite like seeing someone as selfish. - If you could only hang out at one section of the bookstore what section would that be? Why? - What obstacles have you overcome that you are proud of?
