Trying to find a mnemonic for this is challenging so maybe I’ll concentrate upon the differences or seminaries between the two. I seem to the cap letters PHILaDELoPHia correct. The problems is with the cap letters: philAdelOphIA.

Here is one idea. Think of the A sounds. philAdelpniA. Then I just need to remember the I in front.
