2023 MUNICIPAL ELECTION

OPEN SEATS: (all seats are a four-year term)

3 City Council Member Positions

January 2024-January 2028

DECLARATION OF CANDIDACY SUBMISSION DEADLINE—JUNE 1-7, 2023 (excluding Saturday and Sunday) 8:00 am—5:00 pm in the City Recorder’s Office (located at 56 N State Street, check in at the Help Center)

  • Declaration of Candidacy forms, Nomination Petitions or Designated Agent Declarations must be filled in person with the City Recorder
  • Interested candidates must be a registered voter and a resident of Orem City for at least 12 months immediately prior to the date of the election.
  • In accordance with the City of Orem Code, at the time of filing their candidacy with the City Recorder, individuals seeking to become a candidate for Council shall pay a $75 filling fee. (Ord. 2019-0004)
