I attended a motivation conference. Here are my notes from John Garrison. Any inaccuracies are the fault of the note taker.

• Never eat pie from someone you fire. Maybe the name of his book.
• This can be your friend
• Some people make things happen not let that happen.
• Poor people pass over opportunities repeatedly
• Examine what you have that is of value.
• You can’t blame others for your own failures.
• We need to invest in things that add to our success.
• Risk is a passport
