Good: adrenaline

Bad:   adrellion

You can detect it someone’s heart is pumping with adrenaline by the rapid rise and fall of the line of heartbeat.  The more frequent the rise and fall the more pump of adrenaline. The problem area for the word for me is the adre-NA-Line. If I can pronounce it properly this could improve my success rate.
