Good: catastrophe

The letters of ‘astro’  is the part of the word I keep messing up on. I have one idea but it is not the best one yet. But one catastrophe was the explosion of the space shuttle Challenger. A lot of astronauts got killed. So maybe if I associate  catASTROphy  to the loss of ASTROnauts  I might remember this word.
