These are some notes i took at  financial seminar last fall. Hope they can be of use.

–          With foreclosure, it becomes your house.

–          Puerto Rico and Georgia offer 20%;

–          Wyoming, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Illinois, Florida, New Jersey deeds are 18%

–          Maryland and Iowa equals 24%

–          Texas equals 25%

–          Many insurance covers will invest in deeds

–          investor advises don’t get into deeds for financial income.
