I attended some Toastmasters training and took some notes and see the principles can be applicable to any organization, so I thought share

–          determine what your members are motivated by

–          success comes from the members helping with the goals

–          to increase communication skills, members to seek out opportunities to speak at various events, the community. And only gives you experience in speaking, but advertises the organization represent

–          We have five relationships in our lives: self, mom, dad, God, and money
