I attended a lecture about body language and self-improvement. Here are some of my notes.
– Don’t die with your message still inside you.
– Want to present energy with your presentation
– Connect with people involves eye contact.
– Three rules.
– A. don’t be boring. Add inflection in your voice
– B. bring the energy with you
– C. always deliver 100%
– set rules
– a. High level of respect
– b. Have your mind present in what you do
– c. Manage your communication device. This is not necessarily mean your phone, but the way you communicate by voice, stance and behavior.
– when you set rules you move up a level
