– Have member set goals for themselves.
– Maybe have a spreadsheet that documents actions and monitor members’ progress.
– Be mindful of the comfort level of new members. Ask what is the pace you want to do in the club.
– Try to commit members to the goals.
– Stay current on members leadership.
– Track progress of members.
– Have members agreeing their manuals.
– Have reminders of future activities.
– Give advance notice of future contests.
